Calcite and Pyrite on Fluorite
El Hammam Mine, El Hammam
Meknes Prefecture, Morocco
Absolutely stunning specimen of Pyrite and Calcite on glassy yellow fluorite crystals from the El-Hammam Mine in Morocco. With extremely close examination, one will notice one or two missing calcite crystals, but this does nothing to distract from the jaw-dropping aesthetics of this great combo specimen.

Here's a funky large cabinet plate of dark blue fluorite crystals with whitish calcite and another colorless mineral, probably more calcite. The fluorite is almost botryoidal in the funky cavern and has some really strange growths, yet nice cubes on the main fluorite face.

Dioptase, Calcite, and Wulfenite
Tsumeb Mine
Tsumeb, Namibia
Here's an impressive miniature size combo from the world famous Tsumeb Mine featuring Dioptase, Calcite, and Wulfenite! Dioptase and Wulfenite combo's are extremely rare. This one has multiple orange wulfenite blades overgrown by calcite and lustrous dioptase. These photos do the specimen little justice, and this is surely to be more appreciated in hand.

Quartz w/ slight amethyst hues
Las Vigas, Mexico
Here's a great older specimen I picked up out of a collection a couple years back. It features a thin slab of matrix upon which quartz crystals grew out in every direction. A couple of the quartz crystals have a very light amethyst hue, and unfortunately, a couple have lost their tips. Still a very dramatic and 3-dimensional specimen from this famed quartz locale. This specimen measures approx. 65 x 40 x 28 mm.

Quartz on Tourmaline
Sahatany Valley Pegmatites
Madagascar
Here's a nice miniature size specimen featuring a well formed quartz crystal perched upon a multicolor tourmaline crystal. This was brought back from the 2014 Mindat conference in Madagascar, and is from the Sahatany Valley pegmatites. The quartz has a nice termination, but the tourmaline is not terminated. There is also a spot where the quartz grew against some feldspar or something and can be seen in the photos. This is approx. 2.7 x 2.3 x 3.1 cm

Calcite
Santa Euhlalia District, Chihuahua, Mexico
Here's a great, large cabinet size plate of classic Calcite crystals from Santa Euhlalia, Mexico. These crystals were found in the 1940's and are very unique in their nature. They have Hematite included in them as well as found as a coating on the outside of some crystals. This old time piece has garnered a few light damages over the years, primarily seen as bruising along crystal edges.
